Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Oh Hello Lovi, we truly appreciate your support of our small business. We are committed to providing quality products and a positive shopping experience for you and your family.
Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Policy)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable)
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Authorization Required
To initiate a return, you must contact us first to receive approval and return instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
A 10–15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are:
• Not in original packaging
• Returned for preference (e.g., didn’t like, wrong size, etc.)
• Missing tags or minor packaging components
No restocking fee will be charged for defective items or errors on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items based on availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or worn items
• Personal care or hygiene-related products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or personalized items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Oh Hello Lovi is not responsible for lost returns.
